The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Toronto

A 700,000 square-foot, 53-storey structure, will be located on the south side of Wellington Street, just west of Simcoe Street, adjacent to the CBC building. The building consists of both Hotel Suites and Residences, which will begin on the 22nd floor and rise up to the 52nd floor with approximately 135 suites.

It is a co-venture with two of Canada's leading real-estate development companies: Graywood Development Limited and The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, based in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Sizes will range from approximately 1,500 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Prices will start approximately in the $1 million to over $8 million. 
  •  The top penthouse located on the 52nd floor will be a palatial 10,920 sq. ft., for approximately $12 million.

  • $25,000 with agreement
  • Balance of 5% in 30 days
  • 5% in 90 days
  • 5% in 180 days
  • 5% in 365 days
